Event Usage Policies for Stonecrest Manor:

Booking Process

All event bookings must be made in advance through our designated booking channels.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
Full payment must be made prior to the event date.
Changes to event booking details must be communicated and confirmed in writing.

Event Restrictions

Events must comply with all local laws, noise ordinances, and venue regulations.
The venue must be left in the same condition as it was found. Any damage caused will incur additional charges.
Fireworks, open flames, and other hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
Animals are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of service animals.

Catering and Alcohol

All catering services must be approved by the venue management.
Alcohol can only be served by licensed bartenders and must comply with legal drinking age requirements.
The venue reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to any individual at its discretion.

Security and Safety

Event organizers are responsible for ensuring the safety of their guests.
Security personnel may be required for certain events, and the cost will be borne by the event organizer.
Emergency exits must be kept clear at all times, and event attendees must be made aware of their locations.

Cleanup and Waste Disposal

Event organizers are responsible for cleaning up and removing all event-related items at the end of the event.
Trash and recycling bins are provided on-site for event use.
Any additional cleaning required after the event will result in additional charges to the event organizer.

Insurance and Liability

Event organizers must provide proof of liability insurance covering the event.
The venue will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within a certain timeframe of the event may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
The venue reserves the right to cancel an event if the organizer fails to comply with the policies outlined.

Additional Services

Additional services such as audio-visual equipment, decorations, and furniture may be available for rent at an additional cost.
Requests for additional services must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
